You First is a leading global agency in sports and entertainment, connecting brands with audiences through talent, creativity, and cultural relevance. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our Influencer Marketing team in Madrid.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for an Account Manager with at least 2 years of experience in digital advertising or influencer marketing, ideally within an agency environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the influencer and social media ecosystem, and enjoys working closely with clients while delivering high-impact campaigns. This is a hands-on role combining client management, campaign execution, and performance-driven thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from briefing to execution and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Identify and propose growth opportunities within accounts (upselling, new formats, activations).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, talent, creative) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs (reach, engagement, ROI).
  • Support the development of creative influencer strategies aligned with client objectives.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or influencer marketing.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns and working with clients in an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer landscape (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Familiarity with advertising tools such as Meta Ads or TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
