The ideal candidate is a visually driven and conceptually strong creative: someone who can translate strategic thinking into powerful imagery, craft bold and engaging ideas, and contribute to culturally relevant campaigns in the sports and entertainment industry.

Beyond strong visual craft, this person will also be expected to think big, generating original concepts, shaping integrated narratives, and bringing to life ideas that connect brands with culture in meaningful ways. Define and maintain the visual language and creative consistency of each project, ensuring the storytelling feels cohesive across every platform and touchpoint.

Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative pitches, developing impactful ideas that connect brands, culture, and audiences in authentic ways.

Work closely with copywriters, designers, producers, and strategists to bring integrated ideas to life with both precision and emotion.

Stay ahead of design, culture, and technology trends to keep our work relevant and inspiring.

Present and articulate creative ideas clearly and confidently, both internally and to clients.
