Community Manager & Content Creator – Brands Spain – You First Madrid

Job Description:
At You First, we are looking for a Community Manager & Content Creator with 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably in an agency or client-side role, to join our team. If you are passionate about social media, content creation, and the world of sports, entertainment, and talent, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with communities on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and execute content plans aligned with brand strategy.
• Produce and edit videos tailored for different social platforms.
• Design and edit static and dynamic creatives (stories, posts, reels, etc.).
• Write engaging copy adapted to each social network.
• Monitor, listen, and respond to the digital community.
• Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams (design, production, clients, etc.).

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, either in an agency or client-side.
• Ability to create and edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or others.
• Advanced knowledge of image editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
• Creativity, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Passion for and knowledge of the casino, betting, and gaming industry.

Nice to have

• Experience in the sports, entertainment, or talent sectors.
• Knowledge of paid media campaign management.
• Ability to generate innovative and disruptive ideas.
