New Business / Sales Manager – Marketing, Sports & Entertainment
The Role
We are looking for a New Business / Sales Manager with experience selling marketing projects (ideally in an agency setting) who is results-driven, proactive, and passionate about sports and entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with brands.
- Handle the full sales process: prospecting, meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
- Sell marketing services: digital campaigns, influencer marketing, sponsorships, activations, events, branded content, etc.
- Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, production, influencers, digital) to build strong and relevant proposals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
- Track the sales pipeline and achieve set targets.
- Analyze the market, trends, and opportunities in sports and entertainment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial or business development roles.
- Previous agency experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or entertainment is highly valued.
- Proven experience selling marketing projects (digital campaigns, influencer marketing, sponsorships, activations, events, etc.).
- Knowledge of and affinity with the sports and entertainment ecosystem.
- Proactive, autonomous, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven and comfortable working towards targets.
- Good level of English (highly valued).
