The Role
We’re looking for a Strategic Marketing Planner who can turn briefs into clear strategies, strong ideas, and grounded executions. This person should be able to blend analytical thinking with creativity, understand consumer behavior, and translate business challenges into actionable proposals. Confidence in client interactions and clear communication are key.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze briefs and turn them into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
- Develop creative concepts and strategic proposals for activations, digital campaigns, content initiatives, and sponsorships.
- Build structured presentations with strong storytelling and business focus.
- Join meetings with clients and internal teams, identifying needs and turning them into strategic opportunities.
- Present proposals and defend ideas with confidence and solid reasoning.
- Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Identify insights, trends, and opportunities for brand growth and new business.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in an agency or in roles related to strategy, account management, or creativity.
- Proven ability to analyze information, structure ideas, and build strategic frameworks.
- Applied creative thinking: ideas must be actionable and aligned with business needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills: clear communication, client confidence, and professional presence.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva.
- English proficiency preferred.
