About the role
We are looking for a Talent Partnerships Assistant to join our Boost division in Barcelona. In this role, you will support top athletes in developing their personal brands and maximizing commercial opportunities.
You have a strong interest in sports marketing, sponsorships, and talent management, and understand the connection between athletes, brands, and audiences. You are eager to contribute to strategic partnerships and impactful campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and oversee sponsorship agreements for top agency talents and brand partners
- Support the development of commercial proposals and sponsorship opportunities for athletes
- Contribute to strategic communication initiatives to enhance athletes’ personal brands and social media presence
- Coordinate and monitor special projects, events, collaborations, and licensing opportunities
- Identify and support the negotiation of influencer marketing opportunities within the sports industry
Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Advanced skills in presentation and editing tools
- Understanding of athlete branding, sponsorship ecosystems, and partnership activations
- Previous experience in an agency, sports property, or sponsorship department is a plus
