We launched Formula 1 Fan Voice in 2018, an “always-on”, fan-facing research community. Fan Voice is the world’s largest fan research community, with over 250,000 individual fans from over 100 different countries taking part in research. The insights from the research are being used to inform strategic decision-making.

We have been the retained eCRM & Data agency for the EFL since 2015. We play a vital role in the understanding of the football audience across the 72 clubs that make up the EFL via data insights, and our digital marketing services have been influential in growing revenues for the official OTT platform, iFollow. We deliver a comprehensive research program, including the bi-annual supporter survey which covers all 72 football clubs.

We were the official Data & Insight agency for the Commonwealth Games 2022. We were responsible for growing the database from zero, analysing the audience, and delivering digital marketing campaigns to grow engagement and ticket sales. We also delivered direct-to-audience research both before and after the event.
